John Wester, BA Political Science from SWTS, graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law where he was also the Associate Editor of the Law Review. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1982. He has been in private practice since 1982 with a primary focus on Securities, Corporate and Real Estate law. He has acted as General Counsel for healthcare financial services entities since 1992. He is the architect of the eScan application and formed eScan Data Systems in 2003 with the contract of a single hospital and operations in only Texas. Currently, eScan is partnered with nearly 300 hospitals in 37 states.
